"The "Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla" application is a helper/lifestyle application related to the Islamic religion, developed by Ayşe İrem Topçu. The Terms of Use specified below are provided. Users confirm their acceptance of these Terms by clicking buttons such as "I Accept", "Continue", or "Next".
1.1 Under no circumstances shall the User: (i) copy, sell, distribute, transmit, display, lease, export, publish, or otherwise reproduce the Application or any part thereof in any manner; and/or (ii) adapt, modify, decompile, disassemble, and/or reverse engineer the Application or any part thereof.
1.2 "Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla" is authorized (but not obligated) to add new products, applications, programs, services, functions, and/or features (collectively, "New Services") to the Application and/or Service. The term "Service" will include New Services provided free of charge unless otherwise specified.
1.3 All New Services will be governed by these Terms and Conditions and may be subject to Additional Terms that the User must accept before accessing and using these New Services. In case of inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Additional Terms, the Additional Terms shall prevail in relation to that service, product, and/or program, unless otherwise specified.
1.4 Users may be required to make additional payments to access or use New Services or features within the application.
1.5 Google Maps, Youtube API, Yandex, Facebook APIs: Some parts of the Application and Service use Google Maps, Youtube API, Yandex, Facebook APIs. Users accessing and using parts of the Application and/or Service that use Google Maps, Youtube API, Yandex, Facebook APIs also agree to be bound by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of Google, Yandex, Facebook, which may be updated from time to time.

1.6 We, as "Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla", are publishing this Privacy Statement to inform Users about the information we collect and how we use this information to personalize and continually improve the User experience. This Privacy Statement applies to "Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla" and services that collect data from the User and does not apply to products or services that do not link to this statement or have their privacy statement.
Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla collects the following data from the User and the User's use of the Application and services offered through the Application ("Services"):
We collect, process, and use information provided to us by the User or shared with us when accessing or using our Application and Services. Examples of such information include:
Information related to the User's access or use of the Application and/or Services, changes made by the User in settings; dhikrs, prayer times, messages written in the Message Editor (Only text written within the application) and the page of the Quran where the User left off.
Additionally, when the User accesses or uses the Application, we also collect, store, and process information, including personal data, such as:
Device-specific information about the User's device, for example, brand and model of the device, operating system version, device language, unique device identifiers (such as IDFA), and mobile network information (such as mobile carrier);
Geographical location information, including but not limited to IP addresses used by devices to connect to the internet, GPS data, and network services data, anonymously. Application-specific information; such as application version number, activity in the Application, and Subscription status.
1.7 Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla offers the registration options detailed in section 6. Users should be aware that only a single Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla account can be logged into a single device at a time. Multiple logins are not supported. The User must log out from one device before logging in from another device, or the previous session will be terminated if the User logs in from a new device.
2.1 Generally, the Application and/or Service display advertisements provided by various
third-party advertising platforms. Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla has limited control over the displayed ads and seeks User understanding regarding display ads that may be perceived as incompatible with the content and purpose of the Application. Offensive and sensitive advertising categories such as Gambling, Betting, and Sexuality are prohibited. Additionally, the Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla application is not responsible for any outcomes of ad impressions that may belong to these sensitive advertising categories or any category.
2.2 The list of Advertising Network Companies advertising in the Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla application and under Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla Applications, along with their Country of Origin and Privacy Policy or Privacy Shield Information, is given below.

Despite efforts to ensure high standards and quality of data and/or information provided through the Application and/or Service, Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla makes no representation regarding the accuracy, timeliness, adequacy, or commercial value of all such data and/or information. Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla and content providers cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies, errors, delays, or actions taken based on such data and information. Users should independently verify the content before acting on such data or information. Most content sources and information in the Application are cited from the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey, Directorate of Religious Affairs. Herein, the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey, Directorate of Religious Affairs has no responsibility, obligation, or connection with the Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla application.
3.2 Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla is not obliged to monitor or review messages, posts, transmissions, and the like made available through the Application and/or Service and does not accept any liability or responsibility for content accessible through the Application and/or Service or for any errors, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography, profanity, inaccuracy or any other objectionable material or content, now or in the future.
3.3 Any hyperlink to any other website or webpage is not considered an endorsement or verification of such website or webpage and should be accessed at the User's own risk.
4.1 The Application and Service and all information, materials, services, and functions included therein, including software, programs, data, databases, text, graphics, photos, animations, sound, music, video, links, or other materials are provided "as is"
and "as available". No type of warranty, express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement of third-party rights, merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and freedom from computer virus or other harmful, destructive, or corrupting code, agent, program, or macros, is given in connection with the Application or service or any information and material provided through the Application or service. Without limiting the generality, Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla: (i) does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, adequacy, or completeness of information, materials, services, and/or functions provided through the Application and/or Service; (ii) does not warrant that access to and/or use of the Application, Service, or any information or material provided through the Application or Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or omissions; (iii) does not guarantee that the Application, Service, or any information or material provided through the Application or Service will meet User requirements or be free from viruses or other harmful, destructive, or corrupting code, agents, programs, or macros; and (iv) does not warrant that the User's use of the materials displayed in the Application and/or Service will not infringe the rights of third parties.
4.2 Additionally, Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla does not warrant any application, product, or service purchased or obtained through the Application or Service or any transaction conducted through the Application or Service.
4.3 The User acknowledges that the security of any information transmitted or communicated to the User through the use of the Application or Service is not guaranteed and hereby assumes the risk that any such information may be accessed by unauthorized third parties and/or disclosed by Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla and its officers, employees, or agents acting as if they were the User or under the User's authority.
4.4 The User agrees not to hold Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla or its officers, employees, or agents liable or responsible for any access or disclosure or for any damage, loss, expense, or cost (whether direct or indirect, or whether foreseeable or not) arising out of or in connection with any such access or disclosure, whether in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), equity, or otherwise.
5.1 The User shall not disclose the User's contact information to other Users through the Application and/or Service and shall comply with any instructions or guidelines published or made available by Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla from time to time.
5.2 Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla does not endorse or accept responsibility for any content transmitted or communicated by the User through the Application and/or Service, and the User is solely responsible for such transmissions or communications. The User warrants and represents that the User has the right and authority to submit User Materials and that User Materials do not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights or other rights. The User hereby grants Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license and right to host, transmit, distribute, or use the User Materials for the purposes of providing the Service and for the purposes instructed or desired by the User, including but not limited to the rights to copy, reproduce, and/or publish.
6.1 When using our Service, we may ask Users to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify Users. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
Email address
First name and last name
Public profile picture of email, Facebook, and Gmail accounts, depending on the account choice during the registration process
This information collection is available when the User creates an account through options such as Email registration, Facebook registration, Google Registration within the Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla application.
By creating an account, the User agrees to allow the Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla application to send emails, including for new account creation, password reset, or payment failure notifications.
Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla stores the User's activity progress associated with the User's account, and there is no legal obligation for the Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla application to restore data or provide service to the User in case of any data loss, access barriers, or login issues.
If Users accidentally create multiple accounts in the Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla application, which may consist of multiple Google, Facebook, or Email account options, Users must be aware that all accounts are separate and cannot be merged unless created with the same email address. Users can request the deletion of accidentally created accounts by contacting the email address info@getmuslimapp.com.
6.2 DELETION OF INFORMATION
The storage of collected data is subject to the limits of Third-Party companies listed in 2.2. Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla or other applications of Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla
Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla application does not store the personal data listed in 2.2 on its server unless the User creates an account as described in 6.1.
If the User opts for account deletion, there are several steps to complete the deletion process:
The User should go to user settings, tap on the my profile screen, and tap on "delete account" at the footer. Then the account information in the Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla application database is automatically deleted. A "Account successfully deleted" message appears once the deletion process is completed.
The application of changes in the application takes about 48 hours. The User cannot log in again unless a new account is created.
The User must delete Social Login (Facebook or Google Login) application activities themselves. The steps are described below.
Deletion of User Account Information for Facebook Login
If the User wishes to delete a Facebook account's Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla activities, the User can follow these steps to remove the information and delete the account:
Go to Settings and Privacy of the Facebook Account. Tap on "Settings" Search for "Apps and Websites" and you will see all apps and websites connected to your Facebook.
Search for "Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla" in the search bar and tap on it. Tap on "Remove".
Application activities are successfully removed from the Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla application.
If the Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla application is not found in step 3, i.e., in the "Apps and Websites" search, it means that Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla application activities are not stored in a Facebook account.
Deletion of User Account Information for Google Login
If the User wishes to delete a Google account's Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla activities, the User can follow these steps to remove the information and delete the account:
Go to Google Account settings
Under "Services on this device", go to "Settings for Google Apps"
Tap on Connected Apps
Select Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla application from the list
Tap on "Disconnect"
Application activities are successfully removed from the Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla application.
If the Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla application is not found in step 4, i.e., "Select Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla application from the list", it means that Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla application activities are not stored in a Google account.
Apart from Facebook and Google, Users can request the deletion of email account information created in the Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla application through the email address info@getmuslimapp.com.
The Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla application can be used without creating an account, and the Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla application reserves the right to change the usage or purpose of accounts.
Important:
Account deletion does not terminate an existing Subscription or Lifetime purchase. Subscription cancellation policies for App Store, Google Play Store, or Huawei Mobile Services apply.

7.1 Users acknowledge that all information and/or details submitted or presented by the User through the Application or Service are not confidential and do not have proprietary rights, and Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla may collect, use, and disclose such in any manner consistent with Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla's Terms, which may be updated and/or modified by Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla from time to time.
8.1 Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla shall not be liable for any reason or cause, even if Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla has been informed of the possibility of such damages, losses, or expenses, including but not limited to: (i) any access to, use of, or inability to use the Application or Service; (ii) any system, server, or connection failure, error, omission, interruption, delay, computer virus, or other harmful, destructive, or corrupting code, agent, program, or macros; (iii) any access or use of any other website or webpage through the Application or Service; (iv) any damage, loss, or expense arising from any service, product, information, data, software, or other material obtained from any other website or webpage accessed through the Application or Service or referenced by any party through the use of the Application or Service. Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla will not be responsible to the User or any other party for: (a) amounts due in connection with any purchase/sale of any product/service through the Application or Service by other Users; (b) any issue related to the downloading or installation of the Application by the User or inability to download or install the Application; and/or (c) sales, customs, and/or import or export taxes.
9.1 The User shall indemnify and hold Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla harmless from any claim, action, suit, proceeding, liability, loss, damage, settlement, penalty, fine, cost, or expense (including attorney and client costs and expenses (legal or otherwise)) incurred by Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla, directly or indirectly, arising out of or relating to Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla's provision of the Application and/or Service to the User or contracting with the User under these Terms and Conditions or Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla's exercise of its rights under these Terms and Conditions or acting upon any instruction given by the User or any negligence, fraud, and/or malfeasance by the User or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
9.2 The User shall fully cooperate in the defense of any claim or third-party legal action. Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla reserves the right to assume the exclusive control and defense of any matter subject to indemnification under this Article 8.
10.1 All copyrights and other intellectual property and proprietary rights in the content, text, software, scripts, web pages, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics, graphical user interface, forms, diagrams, or other materials (“Content”) contained in the Application or Service belong to Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.
10.2 The User may access materials displayed in the Application for non-commercial use, but must also retain all copyright and other property notices contained in the materials. However, the User may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, republish, or use the Content for public or commercial purposes without the prior written permission of Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla. The trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively “Trademarks”) displayed in the Application are the registered and unregistered Trademarks of Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla or, where necessary, other third-party owners. No right or license is granted to download, reproduce, or use such Trademarks by accessing the Application or Service.
10.3 Our application uses third-party services and APIs, including the Alquran public API provided by Alquran cloud. The use of these services is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third party, and we assume that our users accept these terms and conditions when accessing these services through our application. You can review the service terms of Alquran.cloud here: https://alquran.cloud/terms-and-conditions Our application uses data collected from the Alquran cloud service (subject to the terms and conditions found at https://alquran.cloud/terms-and-conditions) to provide Quranic content to our users, enriching the user experience.
10.4 Our application includes various themes and visuals that enhance the user experience. This content is provided through premium licenses obtained from the Envato Elements platform and is licensed in accordance with the Envato Elements User Terms (found at https://elements.envato.com/user-terms). The use of this content is subject to the relevant license terms, and our users are not permitted to claim any ownership rights over this content.
11.1 Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla may, at its sole discretion, terminate the User's access and use rights to the Application and/or Service immediately and without notice for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, by notifying the User by mail or email, and may block the User from the Application (or any part thereof) and/or Service (or any part thereof).
11.2 The termination of these Terms and Conditions for any reason shall result in the immediate and automatic termination of all rights and/or licenses granted to the User under these Terms and Conditions and shall cause the User to cease all access and use of the Application and Service.
11.3 The termination of these Terms and Conditions for any reason does not affect the User's obligation to pay any unpaid fees if full payment has not been made.
12.1 Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla, at its sole discretion, may from time to time add further terms and conditions to these Terms and Conditions or make changes to these Terms and Conditions, including changes allowing the collection or review of fees for the use of the Application and/or Service. Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla will notify the User of such changes by publishing them in the Application or by any other notification method determined by Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla (for example, through email or other electronic communication forms), which shall be deemed sufficient notice to the User for the purposes of this clause. If the User does not wish to be bound by these changes, the User must immediately cease all access and use of the Application and Service. If the User accepts these Terms and Conditions and changes by continuing to use or access the Application and/or
Service, it means: (i) the User accepts these Terms and Conditions and changes; and (ii) the User agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and changes.
Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla is not responsible for content created by Users. All responsibilities lie solely with the Users.
User-generated content should not:
Infringe copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, public, moral, property rights, or other rights,
Include personal communication information for themselves or others,
Discriminate based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age,
Include another person's name, likeness, or appearance without that person's explicit permission.
Contain defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, immoral, threatening, harassing, hateful, or illegal statements or otherwise objectionable statements.
When Users submit their content through third-party sites like Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter, the use of these sites is governed by their terms and conditions, not by Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla.
Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla has no control over user-generated content once it leaves our application. Others may replicate our material found on other sites or social media platforms.
14.1 Subscriptions begin after payment is confirmed and continue for a specified period (monthly, yearly, or lifetime). Users can change their automatic renewal preferences from their store accounts (Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Huawei Mobile Services) or contact info@getmuslimapp.com for web payment options. All responsibilities for automatic renewal subscriptions lie with the Users. Subscription pricing is subject to change. New pricing will be applicable during the renewal of the current subscription.
The subscription automatically renews at the end of the current subscription period unless Users cancel their subscriptions before the end of the current subscription period.
Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla offers a free Trial period for a certain time and requires payment details to start the Trial. After accepting, Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla will start charging the subscription fee at the end of the trial period automatically. If Users do not wish to incur this charge, they must cancel the paid subscription before the end of the trial period.
Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla may offer subscription packages when Users first launch the application or actively use the application. Subscription offers can be presented as full-screen, in-app messages, or notifications, with Users having the option to decline or accept the offer. Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla and Qibla Finder applications are available for free use. Accepting any subscription package offer is never mandatory, whether from Google Play Store, Apple App Store, Huawei Mobile Services, or web purchases.
Subscription packages include specific features not available to free Users. Subscription services and prices may be updated over time. Currently, premium features include: ad-free usage, widgets, dhikr button options, Qibla compass options, Various Quran themes, Some Islamic sticker packs.
14.2 If the User purchases Premium Membership or starts a Trial through a Code, additional terms and conditions associated with the Code may apply. In such cases, the User agrees to comply with these agreement terms in addition to these terms and conditions.
Users should be aware that a paid subscription purchased through a third party must be canceled directly with that third party, such as Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Huawei AppGallery. If Users made a purchase transaction via info@getmuslimapp.com website, they should contact the email address info@getmuslimapp.com to manage subscription suspensions or cancellations.
14.3 We use a third-party payment processor (“Payment Processor”) for purchases. The processing of such payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to this Member Agreement. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by the Payment Processor. By making a purchase through us, the User agrees to pay us, through the Payment Processor, all charges at the prices then in effect for any use of such Paid Services in accordance with the applicable payment terms and hereby authorize us, through the Payment Processor, to charge the User's chosen payment provider (“Payment Method”) at the time of purchase or automatic renewal.
The User must provide current, complete, and accurate billing information (such as a change in billing address, email address, credit card number, or credit card expiration date) and inform us or our Payment Processor immediately if the User's Payment Method is canceled (for example, for loss or theft) or if the User becomes aware of a potential breach of security (such as unauthorized disclosure or use of the User's username or password). Changes to such information can be made on the security page of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store associated with the purchase transaction.
The User's bank, credit, or bank card company may impose additional fees, and the User agrees not to hold us responsible for such fees. These may include, without limitation, banking costs, banking fees, or charges
due to exchange rates.
Important: For subscriptions to be effective in the Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla application in web payment cases, Users must log into the Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla application with the associated account/email address linked to the premium account after the web payment transaction is successfully completed. It is the Users' responsibility to log into the Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla application with the premium associated account/email address.
Refund processes for web payments may take up to 15 days to be credited back to your account. Refund processes for store purchases depend on the Store where the purchase was made, such as Apple Store, Google Play Store, or Huawei AppGallery.
15.1 Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla shall not be responsible for any performance failure, interruption, or delay in the operation of the Application or Service or the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of the contents provided through the Application or Service due to any event or failure directly or indirectly caused by circumstances beyond Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla's reasonable control (including natural disasters, epidemics, acts of war or terrorism, any action or omission of any government or authority, power failures, actions or omissions of telecommunications network operators or carriers, or actions of a party not responsible by Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla).
15.2 These Terms and Conditions and our relationship shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Turkish law. The User submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
15.3 The User acknowledges and agrees that these Terms and Conditions and the Service do not include the provision of Internet access or other telecommunication services by Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla. Any Internet access or telecommunication services (such as mobile data connection) required for access and use of the Service shall be the sole responsibility of the User and shall be separately obtained from the appropriate telecommunication or internet access service provider, at the User's own cost.
15.4 These Terms & Service apply to all products and services related to the Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla Application, including the 100% Qibla Finder Application.
15.5 The Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla application is an Islamic application with different features to assist Muslim people in their daily prayer performances. Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla is not affiliated with or endorsed by any political organization, sect, ideology, or denomination.
15.6 Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla is not responsible for Subscription refunds, which Users must arrange with Google Play Support, Apple App Store Support for Store subscriptions, or Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla Support for Web Purchases. Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla is not liable or responsible for store or web subscriptions not canceled by the User or for multiple premium accounts not canceled.
15.7 In cases of service outage or technical incompetencies, Users have the right to cancel their subscriptions, which affects the next billing cycle. Payments for the current billing cycle are not refunded to the User.
15.8 The content sources and information in the application are cited from the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey, Directorate of Religious Affairs. Herein, the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey, Directorate of Religious Affairs has no responsibility, obligation, or connection with the Muslim - Quran Azan Qibla Application.
15.9 Any breach of the requirements or restrictions in these Terms and Conditions shall result in the immediate and automatic termination of all rights and licenses granted under this agreement. It is the User's responsibility to follow updates to the Terms and Conditions published from time to time.
